The female panda cub born by Meng Meng, the eldest of the world's only surviving panda triplets, made its debut at Chimelong Safari Park in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province on Tuesday.
The cub was born on June 18, and is also the first newborn giant panda for the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda this year.
The panda cub now weighs 462 grams, 284 grams heavier than when it was born, and is 17-centimeter-long. White fur has grown on its pink skin, and its eye circles, ears, shoulder straps, front and back limbs have begun to turn black.
Meng Meng and her two brothers Shuai Shuai and Ku Ku were born on July 29, 2014 in Guangzhou.
