A press conference on technological innovation for China Media Group's Paris Olympic Games broadcasting was held in Beijing on Wednesday.
Officials discussed 10 major technological innovation applications developed by CMG.
The group will use its independently developed 8K ultra-high-definition live broadcast vans for the first time.
It will also produce international public signals for the summer Olympics and build a full 4K plus 3D production and broadcasting environment.
CMG will also make use of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, 5G and cloud platforms, to provide all-round coverage of the Games.
As of Tuesday, CMG's broadcast equipment and supplies transported by sea, land and air to Paris have all arrived and been commissioned for use.
The Paris Games is scheduled to take place from July 26 to Aug 11.
