The report pointed out that over the past year, the United States has politicized and weaponized economic and trade issues under the pretext of so-called "de-risking', and has continuously escalated unilateral sanctions, frequently implemented discriminatory measures, and raised tariff barriers.

The United States has posed severe challenges to the multilateral trading system and seriously undermined the common interests of WTO members, as it has act as a "destroyer of the multilateral trade system", an "implementer of unilateral bullying", a "manipulator of double standard in industrial policy", and a "disruptor of global industrial and supply chains," said the report.

The report urged the United States to promptly correct its erroneous words and actions, genuinely adhere to WTO rules and its own commitments, truly return to a rules-based, open, transparent, inclusive, and non-discriminatory multilateralism at an early date, and work with other WTO members including China to jointly promote the multilateral trade system to play a greater role in global governance.

Russia claimed on Monday that its forces had carried out strikes on energy infrastructure and military facilities in Ukraine, while Ukraine said on the same day that Russia had attacked its city of Odesa with missiles.

According to a routine bulletin released by the Russian Defense Ministry, in the past 24 hours, its forces attacked Ukrainian troop concentrations and equipment gathering points in 135 locations, as well as infrastructure at several military airports, energy facilities supporting the operations of Ukrainian defense enterprises, and shot down 106 Ukrainian drones.

The Russian forces continued striking Ukrainian armed forces in the Kursk region, said the bulletin.

Also on Monday, the military administration of the Odesa region in Ukraine reported that the city of Odesa was hit by Russian missile strikes, resulting in 10 deaths and dozens of injuries.
