The Palestinian death toll from the ongoing Israeli attacks in Gaza has climbed to 43,665, Gaza-based health authorities said in a statement on Tuesday.
The health authorities said that more than 103,000 others were injured in the Israeli assaults.
Israeli forces launched attacks across multiple areas in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, causing at least 21 deaths and multiple injuries, according to Palestinian media, citing Gaza's civil defense.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement on Tuesday that they continued their military operations in the northern Gaza area of Jabalia.
The Israeli forces destroyed several rocket launchers and found a large number of weapons belonging to Hamas over the past week, according to the IDF statement.
The statement said that dozens of Hamas militants were killed, and numerous Hamas facilities were destroyed during these operations.
The Israeli soldiers also killed a knife-wielding attacker near a military post in a town close to Nablus in the northern West Bank on Tuesday.
The attacker's identity remains unknown, and no other casualties were reported.
On the same day, Hamas announced their operations in Jabalia, northern Gaza, killing 10 Israeli soldiers. The IDF later confirmed that four deaths of Israeli soldiers in actions in Jabalia on Monday night.

The second black box has been found at the plane crash site near Aktau and handed over to the investigation department, according to a Kazakh official from transport department on Thursday.
The Embraer 190 aircraft operated by Azerbaijan Airlines flight J2-8243 from Baku to Grozny crashed near Aktau Airport in Kazakhstan on Wednesday.
Of all the 67 people on board, 38 were killed in the crash, and 29 survivors including two children were pulled from the wreckage, Kazakh authorities said on Wednesday.
According to the official, interviews have been carried out with victims, ground service workers and all witnesses to this incident. Radio communication recordings between the crew and dispatchers have been retrieved, and the investigation of the crash site, covering more than 4,000 square meters, is underway.
Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said on Thursday during a press conference that the cause of the plane crash remains unknown and is still under investigation.
Bozumbayev said that Kazakhstan is in contact with the relevant departments from Azerbaijan. He said Kazakhstan does not have an official version of the accident, and neither Russia nor Azerbaijan has provided one.
