The first China Low-altitude Economy Exhibition opened on Saturday in Shaoxing City, east China's Zhejiang Province, which is expected to attract more than 50,000 spectators and industrial users nationwide.
The exhibition will last for three days, with more than 500 aircraft on display, in both static and dynamic exhibitions. Highlights include smart navigation systems, aviation chair backs, fully transparent windshields and other cutting-edge low-altitude products.
At the static exhibition, there are various products including drones, helicopters, raw materials and parts for general aviation equipment, displaying the development and changes of the low-altitude economy in recent years. Among them, there are more than 100 new products and new technologies, and 30 cutting-edge innovative achievements at home and abroad.
Experts and visitors at the event said that as a newly-emerging sector, the low-altitude economy will play a more important role in both people's life and the overall economic development.
"I think there are very rich contents at the exhibition. The low-altitude economy is still a relatively new concept. After seeing more of it, it will be easier for us to accept and use it," said Cheng Shangbin, a visitor to the exhibition.
"The development of the low-altitude economy is combined with our aviation technology. Driven by some market demand and policy support, it will help promote the development of the entire economy," said Liu Hong, an associate professor at the air traffic control college of the Civil Aviation University of China.
