Over the past year, Pebble has refined the Pebble Flow through extensive engineering development, real-world testing, and collaborative feedback from a diverse community of RV enthusiasts, industry experts, and early reservation holders. This rigorous development process has shaped every aspect of the production-intent design, from enhanced towing dynamics to optimized living spaces. It will be revealed to the public for the first time at CES.

"The production-intent Pebble Flow represents the next step in our journey to redefine RVing,” said Bingrui Yang, founder and CEO of Pebble. "We've fine-tuned the design and features to meet the needs of modern RVers. We’re excited to showcase these advancements at CES, and share how the Pebble Flow continues to evolve with our users in mind."

The Pebble Flow makes RVing intuitive and accessible for everyone. Its standout tech features include the Magic Hitch, which automates hitching for a stress-free start to any journey; Easy Tow with Active Tow Assist which enhances towing safety and efficiency for electric and gas vehicles alike; and remote-controlled parking as well as InstaCamp to simplify campsite setup. Powered by a 45 kWh LFP battery and a 1.1 kW integrated rooftop solar, the Pebble Flow supports up to seven days of off-grid living and doubles as a backup power source for your home or EV.

The Pebble App brings total control to users’ fingertips – allowing simple management of everything from parking and hitching to temperature and lighting. The trailer’s interior is equally forward-thinking, offering multi-functional features like Room Flip, a retractable Murphy bed for dual-use living spaces and the Wandering Cooktop, a removable induction cooktop for both indoor and outdoor cooking.

CES attendees can explore the new production-intent Pebble Flow at booth #3428 in the West Hall.

For those unable to attend CES, Pebble will host a digital unveiling of the Pebble Flow on January 6 at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET on their YouTube channel. The livestream will provide an in-depth look at the production-intent model and its advanced features.

Average rate on 30-year mortgage hits 6.6%, its third straight weekly decline

2024-12-13 01:05 Last Updated At:01:10

The average rate on a 30-year mortgage in the U.S. eased for the third week in a row, welcome relief for prospective homebuyers during what's typically a less competitive time of the year for the housing market.

The rate dropped to 6.6% from 6.69% last week, mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday. A year ago, the rate averaged 6.95%.

Borrowing costs on 15-year fixed-rate mortgages, popular with homeowners seeking to refinance their home loan to a lower rate, also eased this week. The average rate fell to 5.84% from 5.96% last week. A year ago, it averaged 6.38%, Freddie Mac said.

The average rate on a 30-year mortgage is now at its lowest level since October 24, when it was at 6.54%.

Mortgage rates are influenced by several factors, including the moves in the yield on U.S. 10-year Treasury bonds, which lenders use as a guide to price home loans.
