“The second Global Prosperity Summit (GPS) will be held from 19 to 21 May 2025 in Hong Kong. Following the highly successful launch of GPS in Hong Kong last year, this year’s edition will bring together international experts on Trade, AI, Space, and Climate Change to debate the most critical issues impacting global development and Hong Kong’s role in a fast-changing world,” a spokesperson of Savantas Policy Institute announced.

Apart from the Savantas Policy Institute and the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong has joined as a co-organiser.

“There will be five panels of experts discussing five key topics, namely ‘The Promise of Space – Breakthroughs and Potential, ‘AI and the Future of Work’, ‘Trade War, Hot Wars and the Global Economy’, ‘Climate Change and Sustainable Development’, and ‘Hong Kong’s Bridging Role in a Changing World’,” the spokesperson explained.

GPS 2025 will be held at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong. Participants will include renowned scholars and experts from around the world, including Mainland China, Europe, North America, and Asia.
