Senior Chinese official Li Xi met with a delegation led by Phan Dinh Trac, a member of the Political Bureau, secretary of the Secretariat and chairman of the Commission for Internal Affairs of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, on Tuesday in Beijing.
Li, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, said China and Vietnam are good neighbors linked by mountains and rivers, and the top leaders of the two parties have drawn a strategic blueprint to promote the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
China is ready to work with Vietnam to act on the consensus reached by the two parties' top leaders, strengthen political guidance at a high level, deepen the exchange of party and state governance experience, upgrade pragmatic cooperation, maintain close coordination on regional and international issues, and promote the construction of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future, Li said.
Trac said that Vietnam is willing to work with China to enhance exchange and mutual learning in areas such as anti-corruption work and the development of the socialist rule of law.

In his speech, Xi highlighted China's efforts in responding to domestic and global challenges, implementing policies for high-quality development, and achieving notable progress in areas such as GDP growth, grain output, coordinated development, and green, low-carbon transformation.
Both Thomas, a Dutch vlogger, and Piotr, a content creator from Poland, lauded China's technological advancements, particularly in 5G telecommunications, artificial intelligence, and clean energy technologies.
"When I think of China's development over the last couple of years, there are actually multiple aspects that come to mind. First of all, China's technological advancement. China has become a global leader in terms of 5G telecommunications and artificial intelligence. Also, the country's digital transformation really is an impressive result of this technological development," said Thomas.
"From my own experience living here in Shenzhen, I can tell you that this city is a testament to what ambitious clean energy goals can achieve. In this city, all buses and all taxis have gone electric, this helped to dramatically reduce pollution and showcase a future where sustainability and technology go hand in hand. But that's not all, China is also pushing the boundaries in clean energy technologies, from solar panels to wind turbines, they are leading a change towards greener future and this aligns perfectly with global efforts to decrease the carbon footprint and embrace eco-living," Piotr said.
Adel, a Kyrgyz student at Tsinghua University, and Zain Tariq, an IT professional, shared their perspectives on China's development achievements that have delivered tangible benefits to its people.
"China is always looking ahead to plan the next stage of reform, since the economy and technologies are developing and new challenges and changes emerge in the world. The qualitative development of the Chinese economy is admirable, the Chinese miracle became possible because of the wise strategic planning of the country's economy development," Adel said.
"The Chinese government is working very hard to improve the livelihoods of people within China. The senior citizens in China at the moment, they have very good medical support, which has helped a lot of senior citizens to be elevated from the poverty," said Zain Tariq.
