OPEC+聯合部長級監督委員會會議維持石油產出政策不變。

政策包括由10月開始取消部分減產行動，重申如有必要，可以暫停或扭轉增產計劃。

在6月舉行的上次會議，OPEC+同意將每日減產366萬桶的行動延長1年，直至2025年底；並將涉及8個成員國的每日減產220萬桶的行動延長3個月，延至今年9月底。

國際期油價格升近2%或以上，即使颶風「弗朗辛」早前已登陸，但美國墨西哥灣仍有逾12%的原油生產，及16%的天然氣生產繼續處於關閉狀態。

10月紐約期油收市報每桶70.09美元，升1.44美元，升幅近2.1%。

11月布蘭特期油收市報每桶72.75美元，升1.14美元，升幅約1.6%。

市場焦點仍然是聯儲局周三的議息結果。利率期貨數據顯示，聯儲局減息半厘的可能性上升至61%，遠高於上周的15%。

此前，中國8月石油進口降至8個月新低的消息，對油價不利。
