美Subway廣告惹議

此案要求賠償過去三年內購買Subway三文治的紐約消費者,但具體賠償金額尚未明確。托利森和律師團隊認為,Subway在廣告中夸大實物比例的行為違反了紐約州的消費者保護法。

托利森委託的律師行此前曾在同一法院對麥當勞、溫蒂漢堡(Wendy's)和塔可鐘(Taco Bell)等連鎖品牌提起類似訴訟,指控其廣告存在誤導消費者的嫌疑,但最終被駁回。
