無酒精啤酒日益受到消費者歡迎
過去幾年,無酒精啤酒市場銷售穩步增長。2021年至2023年間,無酒精啤酒銷量增加了24.3%,今年的業績還將再度提升。全球最大的啤酒公司百威英博(Belgium)已經在比利時市場推出了7種無酒精啤酒,並且官宣到2025年年底,其無酒精啤酒的生產份額將占到20%。布魯塞爾啤酒節創始人在接受采訪時也證實,無酒精啤酒的銷量已呈「爆炸式增長」。

昔日因口感問題銷量低迷
長期以來,無酒精啤酒的味道一直是一個難以突破的瓶頸。食品零售巨頭、比利時德爾海茲集團的發言人承認,10年前,只有大約5種無酒精啤酒出售,因為它們的口感確實比不上普通啤酒。
現在口感與普通啤酒一般無二
現在的科學技術已經可以讓無酒精啤酒嘗起來和普通啤酒一般無二。2023年,百威英博公司在其比利時啤酒廠投資了3100萬歐元(約2.7億港幣),大部分錢花在了脫醇技術上,使得無酒精啤酒既保留了啤酒的風味,又去掉了酒精成分。
