實驗者食用開心果後體內吸收葉黃素比實驗前增加一倍
此次實驗共有36名年齡介於40至70歲的參與者,半數人在12周內每天食用開心果。結果顯示,進食開心果僅6周後,與未進食開心果的參與者相比,他們的黃斑部保護眼睛防紫外線的色素密度顯著增加。此外,食用開心果後,實驗者體內吸收的葉黃素也比實驗前增加了一倍。
