外媒報道，一艘名為「伏爾加石油212」號的油輪在暴風雨中解體及擱淺，另一艘名為「伏爾加石油239」號油輪也受損，其後失去動力，在海上漂浮。

當局說，兩艘船上共有29人，已派出直升機及拖船協助搜救，正調查事故原因，亦正採取措施消除海面上的油污。
